This new model is added to our full lineup of cable manufacturing machinery, ideally built for producers of power cables, data cables, electronic wires and multi-core control cables that demand stable twisting performance for long-duration continuous production.
Many cable manufacturers are troubled by unstable twisting pitch, wire jumping and complicated reel replacement, which lower productivity and compromise finished cable quality. Our new Cable Stranding Machine is engineered to solve these common pain points and deliver more reliable, user-friendly operation. Featuring a cantilever shaftless design, it enables fast reel replacement without dismantling shaft heads. The built-in hydraulic lifting system also greatly reduces manual labor during material loading and unloading.
The machine supports a maximum outer twisting diameter of Φ25 mm, and runs stably for long-term production within Φ20 mm. Equipped with a PLC touchscreen control system, it allows precise pitch adjustment ranging from 30 mm to 360 mm, perfectly matching production requirements for Cat5e, Cat6 network cables, electronic wires and general communication cables. Even at high operating speeds, cables stay neatly arranged without wire jumping or extrusion damage.
It supports one-click switching between S-twist and Z-twist directions for higher production flexibility. Combined with precision wire arranging structure and inverter motor drive, the equipment ensures neat cable formation and highly consistent finished products.
This 1250 single twisting machine can be perfectly matched with upstream Wire Stranding Machine and downstream cable extrusion machine, helping clients build fully automated and high-efficiency Extruder Production Line.
