The machine adopts an advanced cantilever shaftless structure, allowing convenient reel replacement, high operating speed, and precise pitch control. It supports a maximum stranded outer diameter of Φ25 mm and stable production within Φ20 mm. The stranding pitch range can be accurately adjusted from 30–360 mm through a PLC touchscreen system, with precision control error within ≤0.5 mm.
Equipped with inverter motor drive and intelligent PLC control, the machine operates at speeds up to 600 r/min and supports quick switching between S and Z twisting directions. The precision wire arrangement system ensures smooth and orderly winding without wire crossing or deformation. Integrated into a complete Extruder Production Line or cable extrusion machine system, the equipment greatly improves production efficiency and cable quality.
This machine is suitable for applications including Automotive Wire Extrusion, electronic cables, and communication cable manufacturing.
