As a leading bunching machine manufacturer in China, Hongli is committed to providing high-performance Wire Bunching Machine solutions for global cable and wire manufacturers. Many of our customers focus on prolonging the life of their Cable Twisting Machine to maximize efficiency and profits. Therefore, understanding proper installation and daily maintenance practices is essential for reliable operation.

Step 1: Check Machine Stability
After installation, perform a comprehensive check to ensure the bunching machine is stable. Reinforce any weak or unstable areas to ensure smooth long-term operation.
Step 2: Pre-Operation Rotation
Before turning on the machine, slowly rotate it for about 10 minutes. After stopping, inspect all critical components to confirm they are secure and well-lubricated. Address any issues before proceeding.
Step 3: Prepare According to Cable Specifications
Depending on the copper wire type, strand count, and diameter, make the necessary preparations. Feed the twisted copper wire through the strand spool hole, into the bow-shaped coiling reel, and route it through the traction drum and guide bar to wind onto the reel. Be sure to adjust the pitch for proper lay length.
Step 4: Frequency Control for Smooth Start
Our twisting machine adopts frequency conversion control with a standard motor. When starting, guide the copper wire manually into the Wire Stranding Machine and rotate slowly to prevent threading issues during initial startup.
Step 5: Hydraulic Lifting System for Reel Handling
The upper and lower reels are adjusted using a hydraulic lifting system. This makes loading and unloading easier and safer. After installing the reel, always return the operation lever to its original position to avoid interference between the bow and the spool.
Step 6: Secure Spool Installation
Ensure the spool rotates freely between the top wheels and that all locking pins are tightened. Loose spools may fall out and cause internal collisions, leading to mechanical failure of the Cable Stranding Machine.
Step 7: Frictional Take-Up Drive
During twisting, the take-up reel is friction-driven and slips via the front-end friction wheel. Adjust the friction belt accordingly to maintain suitable tension across the stranded wires and avoid misalignment or breakage.
