Hongli recently completed a major cable equipment project for a newly built new energy cable factory in Jiangxi. The customer has started production with a complete set of Hongli equipment, focusing on high-quality cables for new energy vehicles and automotive wiring applications.
For the first phase, the customer purchased 50 sets of high-speed copper stranding equipment, including 500 and 630 models, together with 630 power payoff stands. The line is designed for stable tension, low operating noise, and consistent conductor roundness, helping meet the high-speed and low-defect requirements of precision automotive cable production. The equipment is also suitable for Automotive Wire Extrusion projects where conductor quality directly affects finished cable performance.
The customer is continuing to expand the factory and has also confirmed eight high-end extrusion machines for the second phase, including Φ70 and Φ90 models. These machines will be used for precise insulation and sheath extrusion of high- and low-voltage new energy vehicle cables. Together with the stranding equipment, the project creates a complete production flow from conductor processing to finished cable extrusion.
